TAG HOLIDAY ART MARKET
Hand-crafted gifts created by the artists members of the Tappahannock Artists’ Guild.
Mary has created notecards using her exquisite photographs of birds. She is also offering photograph prints suitable for framing.
Vicki has a wide assortment of holiday themed stained glass ornaments that will bring a special sparkle to your decor this Christmas.
Bob has always seen the beauty in nature. As a wood turner, he’s especially interested in revealing the beautiful grain of the wood from fallen trees that have come to the natural end of their life cycle or have been toppled by the forces of nature. From lazy Susans and charcuterie boards to bowls and bracelets, he creates useful items to give the wood a second purpose in life.
Dolores Flessner’s artistic subject matter includes sacred art themes, and she is offering some in keeping with the upcoming Christmas season. Original drawings are rendered in Walnut Ink and and wash, and matted reproductions of these will also be available. Greeting cards may also be ordered. This type of ink was one of those used by the Old Masters for studies and preparatory drawings.
TAG is an acronym for Tappahannock Artists’ Guild and Tappahannock Art Gallery. We are dedicated to making our community a more beautiful place.
